24/7 Emergency Response
Tree down, leaning on a structure, or limbs over a driveway or power line? A qualified arborist answers — not an answering service.
Don’t Wait
After severe weather, trees can become unstable even if they haven’t fully fallen. These situations shouldn’t wait for business hours.
On the house, garage, fence, car or across the driveway. We make the area safe first, then complete the removal and clean-up.
Visible lean that wasn’t there before, lifted soil or exposed roots around the base. A partially uprooted tree can go over without warning.
Cracked or split unions, and broken limbs caught in the canopy. A hanging branch can drop at any moment with no further wind.
Never approach a tree touching lines yourself. Call your lines company for the electrical hazard, then call us for the tree.
A tree across a driveway, shared right of way or commercial entrance needs clearing quickly — especially for tenanted or managed properties.
Already know a tree is weak? Getting it dealt with before the front arrives is cheaper and safer than an emergency callout afterwards.
What Happens When You Call
Danger removed first, tidy-up second. You always know what is happening and what it will cost.
Day or night. A qualified arborist picks up — not a call centre reading from a script.
We work out whether the tree is an immediate danger and what has to happen first, before anyone leaves the depot.
Same-day attendance for hazardous trees across East, South and West Auckland, with the right gear for the job.
The hazard is stabilised or removed. If full clearance has to wait for daylight or machinery, the danger is dealt with first.
Debris removed, site left safe, and the hazard documented with photos for your insurer if you need to claim.
Transparent Pricing
Emergency work is priced on what the job actually takes, not on how worried you sound. These are the factors involved.
Overnight and public holiday attendance costs more than a same-day daytime response.
A tree on a roof or against power lines needs rigging and more crew than one lying in an open lawn.
Whether we can get a truck and chipper in, or the job needs hand-carrying and extra time.
Stabilising the danger tonight and returning to clear in daylight is often the cheaper, safer sequence.
A tree on a roof or against lines needs more people on site than one lying clear in a lawn.
Where a footpath or road has to be closed off, that adds setup, signage and time.
We assess by phone and give you an indication before dispatching, then confirm on site. No one starts cutting without you knowing what it costs — even at 2am.

Excellent service, clearly knowledge. I was particularly impressed with the consultation regarding wanting a large tree cut down very close to the house. Recommended against it due to long term house foundation issues when the roots start rotting. Demonstrated superior knowledge

What Auckland property owners ask when a tree has come down.
Yes. We are available 24/7 for storm damage and urgent tree work across Auckland, including weekends and public holidays. A qualified arborist takes the call and assesses the situation with you — not an answering service taking a message for the morning.
Same-day attendance for hazardous trees across East, South and West Auckland. During a major storm, genuine emergencies are prioritised over cosmetic damage — we’ll be straight with you about timing when you call rather than promising an hour we can’t make.
Stay well clear and do not attempt anything yourself. Contact your lines company for the electrical hazard — they handle the network side. Call us for the tree itself, and we’ll coordinate our work around their clearance.
Where a tree is an immediate danger to people or property, work to make it safe can proceed — including on a protected tree. We document the hazard properly so you’re covered. For non-urgent work on a scheduled tree, normal consent rules apply.
That depends on your policy, and it’s a question for your insurer — we can’t answer it for you. What we can do is photograph the hazard before we touch it and give you a written invoice describing the work and why it was necessary, which is what claims usually require.
Often that’s the sensible approach. We stabilise or remove the immediate danger, then return in daylight with the right machinery to complete the clearance. It’s usually safer and cheaper than trying to do everything at 1am.
It depends on the time of callout, complexity of the hazard, access and whether you need full clearance or just making safe. We assess by phone and give you an indication before dispatching. See what affects the price.
We respond across the Auckland region, with crews covering East Auckland, South Auckland and West Auckland, for residential, commercial and managed properties.
